This mission brings together organic farming and hospitality in Tuscany, with respect for both the land and people. Every product, every space, every experience is born from this vision.

We grow ancient grains, olives and legumes using organic methods. We produce stone-ground flours and Olea extra virgin olive oil, authentic expressions of our land and of a healthy, conscious approach to food.
